Look, we know that health club/gym memberships typically are not the most "customer friendly": Having to sign a contract, feeling "locked in" whether you used your membership or not, and paying for services you didn't use.

TRIANGLE KETTLEBELLS provides a vital service, but when a client has to make budget cuts, we don’t want to keep you in an agreement (CONTRACT) that you can’t afford.

Holding a reputation as a fair company and keeping good standing with you our clients and/or future clients is paramount.

TRIANGLE KETTLEBELLS have helped many people lose weight and get in shape even throughout this economic recession.

So, we don’t necessarily need agreements (CONTRACTS) to keep TRIANGLE KETTLEBELLS up and running.

BOOKING: Please confirm your desired appointments times on a monthly basis, approximately seven days before the first of each month.

Please advise me on any planned vacations, out of town meetings, etc., so that I may book other clients in that spot.

Last second appointment requests are acceptable, but there is a chance that they might not be accommodated due to prior commitments.

PAYMENT: Payment is due before the completion of each session,
monthly rates require half down.

CANCELLATIONS: Any session cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at the rate of a full session.

LATENESS: If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call (919-539-1508), (I suggest you program it in your cell phones, palm pilots, etc.).

If you are 30 minutes late and I have not received a call from you, you will be considered a "no show" and be held responsible for the missed session.

We will spend the first session evaluating and learning safe and effective lifting technique both with kettlebells and for life in general.

This builds the foundation, and then in subsequent sessions we will use the kettlebells to get the best workout of your life!

KettleBell training is different from conventional weight training because it focuses on the body's natural movements, these natural movements leave no
muscles untouched.

So rather than exercising just your arms, legs, or back, KettleBell training works the entire body as a complete unit.

This type of training is very demanding, imagine how much more oxygen and energy is required to fuel 600& muscles rather than just 1 or 2!

The consequences of this are phenomenal; you can get an incredible workout in just 30-45 minutes and burn huge amounts of fat compared with regular long drawn out exercise.

By use of the Peripheral Heart training (PHA), the entire body is trained. The idea is to provide uninterrupted blood flow throughout the body while taking no rest between sets, similar to circuit training. You will be doing 4 times the work, in a shorter time frame.
